Our Youth Empowerment programmes are designed to equip young people with the skills, knowledge, confidence and opportunities they need to become productive, responsible and independent members of society.

We support young people in gaining practical, relevant skills that can improve their employment prospects and help them compete in an evolving economy.
Entrepreneurship
We encourage young people to explore entrepreneurship as a pathway to financial independence and job creation. Participants can gain knowledge in business development, innovation, financial management, marketing and business planning.
Digital Skills
Technology continues to transform education, employment and business. We support young people in developing digital skills that can help them access modern employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.
Leadership Development
We encourage young people to develop leadership qualities, confidence, communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
Career Guidance & Mentorship
We connect young people with information, guidance and positive role models who can help them make informed decisions about education, careers and personal development.
Opportunities & Community Engagement
We encourage youth participation in community initiatives and activities that enable young people to contribute positively to the communities in which they live.
Addressing Youth Unemployment
Limited employment opportunities remain a major challenge for many young Nigerians. Rather than focusing solely on traditional employment, we promote multiple pathways to economic participation, including entrepreneurship, vocational skills, digital work and other income-generating opportunities.
We believe young people should have access to the tools and support required to create opportunities for themselves and others.
